James Lee has been active in the real estate field since 2010. Since 2014, he had worked in well-known Canadian management companies as associate broker and as managing broker (Pacific Quorum Properties Inc.) managing commercial (rental malls and strata buildings) and residential (rental and strata buildings) properties. He has educational background in mechanical engineering (BS. Seoul Nat’l Univ.) and electronics (Ph.D. Northwestern Univ.) and experiences in financial field as asset planner (Aenon Financial), financial consultant and columnist (Murphy contents. Vancouver Joongang Daily) which helped him specialize in commercial & rental property management. With his rich experiences and in depth knowledge, James can provide owners with tailored solutions for their needs in property management and commercial lease/sales.
Andy (Seung Hoi) Kim, co-founder of NewMax Realty Services Inc. has various experiences in real estate industry since 2007. He has a BS degree in computer science and accounting diploma at UBC. He became a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in 2016. He has strong practical accounting and administrative skills from various work experiences with which he can provide owners with financial and accounting related real estate solutions. He is also acting director of nonprofit organizations such as Disciples Evangelizing the World Society and Vancouver Chamber Music Society.
